The Location: 100% Arabica from Cerrado, Brazil, the country’s most renowned region for systematic, high-quality cultivation and rich soils.
The Process: We use the Pulped Natural method (semi-washed). By leaving a bit of the fruit mucilage on the bean during drying, we lock in that signature Brazilian body and chocolatey depth.
The Varietals: A curated mix of Catuaí, Catucaí, Catigua, and Topázio—varietals specifically chosen for their low acidity and heavy-hitting sweetness.
